Meet Nova!
It all started when…
Hot Wheelz recently purchased a used solar car from Anderson University, IN. The car was sold to AU from University of Missouri S&T who built and competed the car in 2014-2015. With a total weight of 315lbs, the car was able to place 5th in the 20214 Formula Sun Grand Prix competition. Hot Wheelz plans to integrate all possible current designs and manufactured components into the steel frame chassis and carbon fiber shells, including the entire electrical system, dashboard, cockpit, and suspension along with updating the car to meet all current rules and regulations. This car will give is a jumpstart in competing this summer in the Formula Sun Grand Prix.
